- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Use of the Platform
- Service Listings:
- Service providers can create listings for the services they offer. Listings must be accurate and not misleading. Lazy Step reserves the right to remove any listings that violate our policies or are deemed inappropriate.
- Customer Responsibilities:
- Customers must use the platform respectfully and in compliance with all applicable laws. Booking a service constitutes an agreement between you and the service provider.
- Prohibited Activities:
- Users may not engage in any activity that disrupts the functioning of the platform, including but not limited to spamming, hacking, or uploading harmful content.
5. Payments and Fees
- Service Fees:
- Lazy Step charges a fee for using the platform, which may include service fees for customers and listing fees for service providers. All fees are clearly stated before a transaction is completed.
- Payment Processing:
- Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. By using our platform, you agree to their terms and conditions. Lazy Step is not responsible for any issues arising from payment processing.
6. Cancellation and Refunds

7. Dispute Resolution
- Customer-Provider Disputes:
- Any disputes between customers and service providers should be resolved directly between the parties involved. Lazy Step may assist in resolving disputes but is not liable for any conflicts arising from the use of our platform.
- Platform Disputes:
- Any disputes arising out of or related to the use of Lazy Step shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. All claims shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Andhra Pradesh.
8. Intellectual Property
- Ownership:
- Lazy Step and its licensors retain all rights, titles, and interests in the platform, including all related intellectual property rights. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or other proprietary information without our prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
Lazy Step is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid for services through Lazy Step.
