1. Service Cancellation
- Customer-Initiated Cancellation:
- You can cancel a booked service through your account dashboard on Lazy Step.
- Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled service time are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled service time may incur a cancellation fee of 50 % of the service cost.
- Service Provider-Initiated Cancellation:
- If a service provider cancels a scheduled service, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule with another provider at no additional cost.
2. Refund Policy
- Eligibility for Refunds:
- Full refunds are available for cancellations made 24 hours prior to the service.
- Partial refunds may be issued for cancellations made within 12 hours of the service, depending on the specific service and provider terms.
- No-Show or Incomplete Services:
- If the service provider fails to show up or does not complete the service as agreed, you are entitled to a full refund. Please report the issue within 12 hours of the scheduled service time.
- Quality Disputes:
- If you are unsatisfied with the quality of the service, please contact our customer support team within 6 hours of service completion. We will investigate the issue and determine if a refund or re-service is warranted.
3. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of the cancellation or resolution of the dispute.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
